Hi! :)
Just like to let you know that every Saturday morning I go out on my pontoon boat but I’ve recently been having trouble with the outboard motor – :( it won’t start. So, I’d like to add some rowing oars but don’t know where to start. :? I’d appreciate any tips or formulas on length, fastners, locks, etc.
Thanks and kind regards!

There's several formulas. I'd say anything over 8' would not be needed.

You'll have to sit low to the deck or have some risers under the oar locks otherwise you'll never get them out of the water.

Hello!
Because “Yahoo Photos” is no longer running, I’ve uploaded all the pics at the following address:

I’ve also added a short video that shows the pontoon being built and can finally be seen in the water.

WOW! Neat boat.

Now I'm thinking .... why not three pontoons?

Turn plywood decking sideways and have two of them so the deck is 8' X 8'? Middle pontoon set a bit forward to make room for the engine. Or, set all three the same and have two engines in the rear?

Water proof hatches in pontoons for storage?

Hola Eduardo! Welcome back mate.! :D

Man, I love that video! 8) and the sound track is awesome. only thing is, all I can see is the good. Where are the bad and the ugly?

Seriously mate, that is a great looking outfit. Pontoon boats are very rare to non-existant here, but their advantages for fishing are obvious. Well done! and thank you for sharing. 8)

I had no idea Patagonia was that cold. Was the Video taken in Winter?

That sucker is not only something that one guy can handle on shore, but it also moves right along on the water! Great fishing platform. Looks like it could handle waves pretty well too.

Since you sit at the rear to operate the outboard, would it profit to slide the platform a bit more forward on the pontoons?

Do you have plans to build another one? What are our thoughts about same design, larger size? What potential!
