Should I still tape all seams on interior and exterior even though I am going to glass both entire inside and outside of the boat with 6 oz. fiberglass cloth. This is on the Touring Pirogue-T built with 3/16 inch plywood. I plan on taping both the stems and the bottom to side seams on the outside even with the cloth to give more wear resistance.

If you're using cloth to cover inside and out, then the tape is not needed unless you want the additional abbrassion protection.
