dremmel?

Has anyone used a dremel tool (y'know one of those small hand held grinding/cutting tools) with a round burr to clean up the inner fillets. Or am I the only silly bugger to make a mess of this (I don't think so).

I used a rasp with great success on the outer joins and figured if I could get a rough spherical burr it would have a similar efficient action and not clog.

any ideas?

The ideal solution is to make them neat as you can while they are still wet. Now if you saw the first fillets I ever did, you'd point and laugh.

I used a dremel with the floppy sanding hand (looks like a bunch of flaps) and it worked ok.

Best thing I've found is to get a piece of PVC or other round tube, wrap sandpaper around it, and start using the 'ole elbow grease. Miserable job to do, but it works.

I used a dremel with the sanding drum. I'm with Matt and agree its best to make them smooth before its hardened.
