Decided I want to build a paddle craft after I finish the Chackillac
Criteria:
Efficient to paddle
Seaworthy
Able to stand and fly cast (not outside adding a deployable outrigger)
Would like to be able to pole as well
I can sit and fly cast...just would like the option to stand
Is there a such a boat?
I like the Sabalo & Touring Pirogue-TV or Cape Fear 16...what would be the ideal craft for me?
Appreciate any advice

CF 16 would give you the best chance of standing.
Freedom might be worth a look.

I guess I need flat bottom for standing huh? I couldn't gain stability with an outrigger?
Southwind 15 looks nice with a good beam

If the outrigger is an option, then the South Wind would be the most functional.
