Make sure it isn't a wide boat or you'll go right back into the dog-house. Transoms are definitely out!
What a minefield you're into. Be very careful.

I told my late wife, "I named our new boat after you." Excited, she ran outside, and there it was on the side of the canoe, "AFTER YOU"

Also, Matt, make the boat long, svelte, and curvaceous. NEVER make it wide or with a large cockpit. Kiss of death.
