none at all.

Just make sure if you're apply epoxy over epoxy that is cured more than 72 hours, amine blush could form if the conditions are right for whatever brand of epoxy you buy. Refer to the epoxy literature and vendor for specific info on that.

To be safe, you could do a light sanding and wipe down with acetone to ensure there's none there.

Start with the tunnel section. It will stiffen up the hull very quickly.

every 10" should be plenty.

Question can regular woodfiller be used to conceal/fill the brad holes in my strip panels.? All my panels are done and sanded going to weigh them before epoxy sealing.

Depends on the wood filler. But generally I'd say no. Mixing some light color woodflour would be a better choice. How small are the holes? Sometimes epoxy alone is enough to fill them in.

Thanks Matt, I have a few partial tubes of minwax left over from a kitchen remodel, tried them on some scraps. also mixed up some lite woodflour for test, wandered if I could cut corners,hence the question.
all panels weight is approx 17 lb (Using kitchen scales) be interesting to see what the plywood panel/templates weigh in at and then strip panels when epoxy sealed.
