I am from Brasil and the plywood i found is only 244 cm x 160 cm. How can i modify the dimensions for thist sheet?

The easiest way will be to reduce the Drawing Reference Line spacing by 3cm.
So instead of 30.5, draw them at 27.5. Draw the Top, Mid, and Bottom panels per the plans but with this new spacing.
To draw the Frames, I'd recommend getting one extra sheet of plywood and make the Drawing Reference Line spacing 30.5cm.
You could fit it all on the original 4 sheets by erasing the 27.5 cm Drawing Reference Lines and redrawing to 30.5cm. But that might get confusing.
