I purchased 4 x 8 panels, but when I used my drywall square to start drawing reference lines, I ended up just shy of 12 inches from the last reference line and the end. Does this matter (the plans indicate that the size is very important).
Thanks!

Re: Board sizes
As long as you measure from the same end each time you're only going to have a problem when te measurement is taken from the "other side" for he lasy measurement you may have to convert to measure from the "7ft" line.
not sure that made sense but hope it does.
convert all measurements so that they are made from the left hand side of the board, reference lines and from top to bottom.
I think that's clearer???

Re: Board sizes
We answered this in a different thread.
Basically he could just take the distance that the board is short, and add that much to any dimensions that are measured off the right side.
